Lord take the agony that I am in and give me your sweet relief, so that I can be your unhindered servant leading those who are in pain into your arms for comfort.

God take this deep rooted fear and replace it with divine courage, so those who are afraid will see that my boldness lies in you and with trust become closer to your Son.

Lord give me certain assurance, although you know my uncertainty, so I can with confidence tell others of your unending love and they will look only to you for their needs.

God restore strength to me when I am exhausted unable to move, so when others who are tired look at me they will see your energy in my body and they will look to you for rest.

Lord let me show the brightness and the hope that is in You. Even when hopelessness fills my soul, let others know the light is yours so they will depend only on your word.

God I am relentlessly tormented by the oppressing darkness of the devil. Give me peace and protection, so when others see your love for me they will know they are not alone.

Thank you Father for these gifts. You say I only need to ask. Let them bring glory to your name so that others can pass them on and to this prayer add their Amen.
